Banana Ice Cream
1. Evaporated milk
2. Coloured flavour
3. Granulated sugar, egg white (embryo)
4. Lemon juice
1. Stir egg white until turns sticky
2. Keep it
3. Stir evaporated milk very well, keep it
4. Now add sugar, colour and flavour gently to egg white
5. Whip the egg white into the evaporated milk
6. Pour the whole mixture into containers and freeze for about one hour or more, add 4 to 5 fingers of ripe bananas
7. Mash lemon juice to the ice cream when the ice cream is ready to froze
