Banga Soup

Banga Soup
1. Meat or Fish cut to pieces (dry or fresh )
2. 1 Table spoon of grinded crayfish
3. ½ or table spoon of grinded pepper
4. ½ table spoon of salt
5. Well washed bitter leaf (to remove liquid)
6. 2 or 1 cube of magi
7. Banga fruits
8. Onion slice
1. First boil banga fruit to soft. Squeeze very well to remove the required liquids using little water
2. Pour liquid in a pot and boil, wait for 5 minutes
3. Add onions, after 1 minute. Add meat or fish including the bitter leaf . Allow the mixture for 5 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients
4. Allow all the mixture to boil until done (cooked). Note that to get thick soup, use much quantity of banga fruits or little dry garri
