Beer Burgers

Beer Burgers
Serve 4 times
1. Bread: 2 Slices
2. Lean beef mince: 400g
3. Onion: 1 each
4. Black pepper : 1 tablespoon
5. Egg: 1 each
6. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
7. Tomatoes sauce: 2 tablespoon
8. BBQ sauce: 2 tablespoon
9. Sweet chill sauce: 2 tablespoon
10. Hamburger bun: 4 each
11. Lettuce: 1 each
12. Beetroot: 100g
13. Pineapple slices: 100g
14. Cheese: 80g

Cooking takes 10 minutes.
1. Crumb bread slices
2. Combined bread crumbs, mince, finely diced onion, pepper, egg and sauces in a bowl and divide into 4 potions
3. Heat BBQ or frying pan. Cook portion and flatten into burger parties. Now, serve on a hamburger buns with remaining ingredients and your choice of sauce
