Coconut Rice (white)


  1. 4 cups of rice
  2. 1 to 2 table spoon of grated fresh pepper
  3. Table spoon of salt
  4. 1 cube of maggi
  5. 2-3 grinded coconut


  1. Parboil rice for 5 to 10 minutes
  2. Remove from fire and wash to remove stones and dirt, keep it
  3. Remove coconut shell, wash and grind, mix the grinded coconut with water
  4. Sieve out the water to get the coconut liquid (in clean bowl)
  5. Now, boil the rice using the coconut liquid
  6. Put all the ingredient and allow until rice is done and the coconut liquid is dried in the rice. Yeah! Ready for eating.
