Edikaikon Soup
1. Beef ( charky, round about, liver, Kpomo, tongue and other parts of cow meat) wash and cut to pieces
2. Small, periwinkle, (remove shell and wash)
3. Fresh and dry crayfish
4. Stock fish, dry fish(cut to pieces and wash)
5. Pumpkin leaves, water leaves, wash and cut to pieces
6. 1 or 2 cubes of magi to taste
7. 1 or ½ teaspoon salt to taste
8. ½ teaspoon grinded pepper
9. Palm oil
1. Parboil meat, keep this
2. Put (little water) on fire, add oil
3. Now add meat, fish, stock fish, and allow this to boil for 5 minutes
4. Add periwinkle, snail and the rest ingredients except the leaves, and boil for about 10 minutes
5. Add the pumpkin leave and water leaves and season correctly. The soup is ready.
