1 Cooked lean meat , 200g
2 Gherkin , 25g
3 Cooked fresh beans, 50g
4 Tomatoes, 50g
5 Chopped onion /slice onion, 5g
6 Vinaigrette, 1 table spoon
7 Sliced parsley or mixed fresh herbs
1 Cut the meat, gherkins and beans in 0.5cm
2 Remove tomatoes seeds and it’s skin, cut into 0.5cm
3 Mix with the remainder of the ingredients, blanching the onions if required.
4 Season correctly and dress neatly, decorate with lettuce leaves, tomatoes and fans of gherkins. When you cook braised or boiled meat well, it is suitable for this salad.
