Oha Soup

Oha Soup
1. Oha leaves (wash and cut to pieces)
2. Beaf or goat meat (cut to pieces )
3. 1 or ½ tin tomato cup of grinded crayfish
4. Potash
5. ½ or 1 cup of palm oil
6. Stock fish (cit to pieces) wash
7. Little garri(soak in water and pound) for thickening
8. 1 or 2 cubes of magi to taste
9. ½ or 1 teaspoon salt to taste
1. Parboil meat and stock fish for 5 minutes, keep it
2. Put water on fire, allow it to boil and add palm oil
3. Add the parboil meat and fish, put the crayfish and the potash
4. Put the little garri, magi, pepper, salt and the oha leaves in the boiling mixture
5. Season correctly. That is it , done
