Short Bread Biscuit
Ingredients:
1. Flour (soft) 300g
2. Pinch of Salt
3. Butter or margarine 200g
4. Caster sugar
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and salt
2. Mix in the butter or margarine and sugar with the flour
3. Combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste
4. Roll carefully on a flour table or board to the shape of a rectangle or round, ½ cm (1/4 inch) thick. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet
5. Mark into the desire sizes and shape. Pick with a fork.
6. Bake in a moderate oven at 180-200 Degree C ( 350-400 Degree F ) for 15- 20 minutes.
