1. Groundnut oil (milk cup)
2. Onion (sliced)
3. Tomato seed and tin tomato
4. Maggi, 1 cube, ½ tablespoon of salt
5. Curry, thyme, fresh pepper and dry pepper grinded
6. Cut to pieces Meat or fish (parboil) fry
1. Put groundnut oil in a pot, allow the oil to bleach
2. Put a pinch of salt, put onions, allow the onion to dry a little (transparent)
3. Put the fish or meat, allow the mixture to dry for about 2 minutes
4. Put tomato and stir allow the mixture for 5 minutes
5. Now add the rest ingredients and stir very well. Allow the whole mixture to be on fire for about 20 minutes
6. Add little water and allow for another 5 minutes for the stew to be ready for use
