Sweet Tomatoes Cream of Broccoli Soup

Broccoli soup rounds our trip to sweet tomatoes soup. This one is lighter of the soup than what we are used to in conventional case. I must warn that you should not keep the soup for long time, as any to do that will not hold as nicely as other soup do. The reason is it lower in fat.
1. 4 cups of fresh broccoli head and three inches of stalks (diced)
2. 1/3 yellow onion (diced)
3. 4 cups water, 5 tablespoon full celery salt
4. ¼ tablespoon, McCormick seasonal
5. ½ tablespoon sugar
6. 2 cups low rat milk
1. Simmer broccoli and onions in 4 cups of water, until the broccoli and onions are tender
2. Remove ¾ broccoli head and set aside.
3. Cook the remainder of the broccoli and the onions until soft
4. Remove from heat and strain broccoli and onions
5. In blender, pour remainder broccoli and onions, add celery salt seasonal, sugar and milk
6. Blend until all are smooth
7. Pour mixture into a sauce pan, add the ¾ cup of the broccoli and simmer on a medium low setting for 20 to 25 minutes
You are done ! Now serve with crusty hard rolls and selection of Cheeses.[dwqa-submit-question-form]
